Pedas77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds derived from ineligible use may be withheld or returned to source.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Pedas77 will never contact you by any channel to request your password.

Pedas77 operates under international licensing obligations that require us to verify the identity and residential address of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Standard KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours from the time of complete document submission. Pedas77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is incomplete, unclear, or raises identity concerns.
Withdrawals will not be processed on Accounts where KYC has not been completed or where verification has been declined. Pedas77 is not liable for any delay in withdrawals arising from a player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR & Transfer, FPX Online Banking, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Pedas77 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be returned and the Account may be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals to a different method are processed at Pedas77's discretion and may require additional verification.
Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically require fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes after blockchain confirmation. These are indicative timeframes only and are not guaranteed.
Pedas77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud prevention systems. Such checks may temporarily delay processing.
An Account is deemed inactive if no login or real-money activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Pedas77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of RM10 to inactive accounts, deducted from the Account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified prior to the commencement of inactivity fees where contact information is valid.

Pedas77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Pedas77 will notify the Account holder by email where practicable. Pending verification of the investigation outcome, access to funds may be temporarily withheld. Pedas77 is not liable for any loss arising from a suspension undertaken in good faith.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may request closure at any time by contacting the support team. In such cases, any verified Account balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
All intellectual property on the Platform — including but not limited to the Pedas77 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, source code, graphics, written content, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of Pedas77 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
